Watch the Surreal New Video from Villagers, ‘Fool’

The video, directed by Bob Gallagher, utilises a point of view shot where the viewer is on a date with a starry-eyed frontman Conor O’Brien.

The Dublin based indie band were formed in 2008, and currently consist of Conor O'Brien, Danny Snow, Cormac Curran, Gwion Llewelyn and Mali Llywelyn. Their debut album, Becoming a Jackel won both the 2010 Mercury Prize and the Choice Music Prize.

The Art of Pretending to Swim is the fifth studio album from the band, and is out 21st September.
