WATCH: Samuel L. Jackson is a hunted President in Big Game

We here at Hot Press enjoy hard-hitting, resonating, keep-you-up-at-night-thinking dramas as much as the next guy. But there is a place in our collective heart for pure dumb explosive self-aware popcorn entertainment, and that special place looks like it will be filled by the upcoming Big Game.

Featuring Samuel L. Jackson as the President of the United States, the story sees Air Force One downed at the hands of bounty hunters in Finland. The stranded President pairs up with a young hunter, played by Onni Tommila, to evade his would-be captors.

It looks every bit as ridiculous as that plot summary suggests, and we aren't ashamed to say we can't wait. It's expected release sometime in May.
