WATCH: Nidge comes back from the dead at Ed Sheeran Gig

While the real Nidge's future is surely questionable, Tom Vaughan-Lawlor who plays the fictional crime lord reprised his role as Nidge for a video post on Sheeran's Instagram account last night.

Speaking in Nidge's thick Dublin accent, Vaughan-Lawlor announces "Alright man, here with the main man Ed, about to go out and watch him on the show, can't wait for it", with Ed clearly in awe of the Dubliner replying "Nidgey, I have a bone to pick with him"

With Ed Sheeran due to play two Croke Park gigs in Dublin on 24 and 25 of July, can fans expect Nidge to resurrect again? Watch this space...
