Watch: Martin Scorsese-produced documentary on the Band gets new trailer
The documentary follows the personal life of Robbie Robertson and the creation of the Band.
Once Were Brothers: Robbie Robertson and the Band, upcoming documentary produced by Martin Scorsese, Ron Howard and Brain Grazer, has a new trailer.
The Daniel Roher-directed rockumentary will focus on Robbie Robertson's young life and the inception of the Band in a "confessional, cautionary and occasionally humorous tale."
"The story of the Band was a beautiful thing," the trailer begins. "It was so beautiful it went up in flames."
Once Were Brothers, which originally premiered at the Toronto Film Festival last year, features interviews from Robinson's friends and collaborators including Bruce Springsteen, Eric Clapton and Van Morrison, as well as Robinson himself.
