WATCH: Machine Gun Kelly & Travis Barker join forces on new single 'papercuts'
‘papercuts’ is the lead single from Machine Gun Kelly’s new album, ‘Born With Horns.’
Machine Gun Kelly has dropped the music video for his new single ‘papercuts’, featuring legendary punk-rock drummer Travis Barker.
‘papercuts’ is the lead single from MGK’S highly anticipated album Born With Horns, announced earlier this week. The rapper dropped the Cole Bennett-directed music video today which includes Travis Barker who is executive producer on the album.
The new single is a powerful rush of punk rock riffs and angst laden vocals from the Texas-born artist. The music video features Kelly sporting a shaved head and a matching tattoo with Travis Barker along with MGK playing an oversized guitar.
Barker also features in the video with his trademark energetic drum-style. The pair celebrated the announcement of the album by showing off their matching ‘Born With Horns’ tattoos earlier this week. The pair previously teamed up on MGK's track 'I Think I'm OKAY' along with Yungblud in 2019.

Born With Horns follows up Kelly’s 2020 album, Tickets To My Downfall. He played a surprise last-minute set at Chicago’s Lollapalooza festival where he took to the Bud Light Seltzer stage to play to a crowd 20 times the capacity of the venue, as reported by Billboard.
The rapper and singer played an 8-track set which included the singles ‘kiss kiss,’ ‘bloody valentine’ and ‘my ex’s best friend’ from Tickets To My Downfall. He also performed a cover of Paramore’s ‘Misery Business.’
