Watch: Bouts’ video for new track ‘Face Up’
Dublin band Bouts are back with the music video for their new track ‘Face Up’.
The song opens in rather tame fashion before exploding into life when the chorus kicks in it. It’s ashamedly indie-pop but the chorus is big enough that it will grab your attention and will sneak its way into your head after a couple of listens.
The music video is a very simple one as the frontman of the band, Barry Bracken, is subject to a questionable make-over over the course of the three and a half minutes.
‘Face Up’ was taken from their new album Flow, which will be out later this year. The album marks a return to the music scene for the band with their previous album, Nothing Good Gets Away, being released in 2013.
