Voices from the Dust Bowl

It’s no surprise that one of the authors of ‘Dust Bowl’ is Neil Cowley from Zero 7. The follow up to ‘The Facts And The Dreams’ LP, this second album continues to explore a particularly grandiose, orchestral vision of chilled out electronica. Cowley’s love of composer John Barry’s work fuels symphonic, lush arrangements, while co-producer Ben Mynott adds some jazzy, soul flourishes to proceedings. A mini-masterpiece that deserves your attention.
