Villagers Add New Irish Dates to European Tour
The Irish band will be coming to Dublin, Belfast, Limerick, Galway and Kilkenny.
It was recently announced that Villagers will be one of the headliners for Metropolis Festival on 27th October in Dublin’s RDS. Villagers frontman Conor O’Brien is also curating the Saturday night at the festival.
The band have announced on Twitter that not only will they be coming to Dublin in October, but they have added stops to Belfast, Limerick, Galway and Kilkenny to their The Art of Pretending to Swim Tour.
The Art of Pretending to Swim is out September 21st of this year. The band have already released singles ‘Trick of the Light’ and ‘Fool’ from their upcoming album. This will be the fifth studio album from the Dublin indie-folk band.
Tickets go on sale Friday, August 31st.
