It's new year, new them for the Co. Louth summer spectacular
In its seventh year in existence, Vantastival have announced a rake of changes for this year's weekender.
Taking place on June 3 & 4, as opposed to early May, the intimate two-day gathering will now take place in the beautiful grounds of the 17th century Beaulieu House, just outside Drogheda.
They're also eschewing the usual open submission policy, in favour of taking on the task of curation themselves, and bringing together many of the most popular acts to have played in the past six years. They'll be playing to a smaller crowd, too, as - in an effort to focus on quality - the capacity has been cut right down, and where 3,000 people attended last year's event, this year will see just 1,000 golden tickets issued.
And that is all the reason you should need to get your skates on tomorrow, when Earlybird tickets are made available at just €65 for two nights camping will go on sale from [link]vantastival.com[/link].
