UPDATE: Catfish And The Bottlemen gig moved
Phenomenal demand sees show switched to The Academy.
Welsh rockers Catfish And The Bottlemen have been riding the crest of a wave following the release of their The Balcony LP, and have found themselves being catapulted around Australia, The US and Europe.
Later this spring, however, the four-piece return closer to home, and following a trip around the UK - for which the 'sold-out' signs are rapidly popping up - they hit Irish shores for a pair of shows. April 7 sees them take the stage at The Limelight in Belfast, while the following evening they play their final scheduled date in Dublin.
That show was scheduled to take place in Whelan's, but the extraordinary demand for tickets - as well as the speed with which the pre-sale tix were snapped up - has prompted the gig to be moved to The Academy. If you already grabbed your tickets fret not; all sold so far are still valid. If you haven't yet purchased, then set the alarm clocks now; they're on sale from 9am tomorrow, priced at €15.
