Unloved share new single 'Why Not' from Killing Eve
The track featured in this week's premiere of the third season of Killing Eve.
Belfast musician David Holmes and his band Unloved have shared a new single, 'Why Not'. The track appeared in this week's premiere of Killing Eve Season 3 – on which Holmes serves as music supervisor.
Last year, Holmes picked up a BAFTA TV Craft Award for his work on the soundtrack to Killing Eve – which stars BAFTA and Emmy Award-winning actress Jodie Comer as assassin Villanelle, and Golden Globe and Emmy Award-winning actress Sandra Oh as British intelligence investigator Eve Polastri. Killing Eve also stars Irish actress Fiona Shaw – who won the BAFTA for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the series last year.
Holmes and his band Unloved, which includes Keefus Ciancia and Jade Vincent, have provided most of the soundtrack for the series. The Belfast composer has also written the scores for the Ocean's Eleven series, Hunger and The Fall.
The soundtracks to Killing Eve Season 1 and Season 2 are available now via Heavenly Recordings. Listen to Unloved's latest single, 'Why Not', below:
