The highlight of the two-day festival will be a concert in the People's Park on Sunday
The annual music festival Ukulele Hooley will return to Dun Laoghaire from August 23 to 24.
Organisers promise "a bigger and better festival this year", describing the Hooley as a "unique music event that brings people together through the sheer joy that the ukulele brings."
Returning for its 14th year, the Hooley is now the oldest ukulele festival in Europe. In addition to local talent like the Dublin Ukulele Collective, the lineup includes international artists such as Victoria Vox from the US and UK duo Dead Mans Uke.
The festival is free to attend and features various activities, ranging from workshops to open mic sessions and flash mobs. Sunday's concert and jam in the People's Park is expected to be the main attraction of the two-day event.
