U2 fans can finally revel in some official news: the title and release date of the new album

After much controversy surrounding the title of U2's forthcoming album, an official band announcement has revealed the long-awaited answer, How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb.

The album release date is now confirmed as November 19, following the first single 'Vertigo' which hits stores November 12.
