Trad supergroup Usher's Island announce Dublin date

It’s trad supergroup time on March 19 when Andy Irvine, Dónal Lunny (pictured), Paddy Glackin, Mike McGoldrick and John Doyle join forces in Vicar St., Dublin under the Usher’s Island banner. Tickets priced €35 go on sale on Friday November 4.
Messrs. Irvine and Lunny are also promoting the Planxty Between The Jigs & The Reels box-set, which includes a wealth of previously unreleased material from their genre redefining ‘70s heyday.
Expect serious musical sparks to fly as the five perform both old favourites and some unexpected curveballs.
