Track of the Day: Clodagh & Oisin - Bury Our Love

Today's track comes from rising stars Clodagh & Oisin.

The duo released their latest single Walking in the Dark on Spotify this week. The single includes two songs, 'Bury Our Love' and 'Walking in the Dark', featuring a fresh mix of pop music with a raw indie feel.

'Bury Our Love' is the stand out song. The catchy track showcases Clodagh & Oisin's song-writing skills.

Clodagh wrote the song, the only one by the band that she has written. Not playing any instruments, she wrote it banding on the table for a beat. Oisin put the chords to it. They made the decision to add the funky, upbeat tune in the studio.

Singer Clodagh Murray has a beautiful tone to her voice. The word 'effortless' comes to mind at first listen. More great music is expected from the talented two.

Clodagh & Oisin are set to play the Ballina Arts Centre in Mayo on 1 December, supporting Billow Wood. The NUI Galway students pursuing music have been added to the 'Made in Galway' playlist on Spotify.
