The White Stripes announce Greatest Hits
Coinciding with the announcement, they've also shared a previously unreleased live video of 'Ball and Biscuit'.
The White Stripes are set to release their first official Greatest Hits collection, out via Third Man/Columbia on December 4. Featuring 26 of the band's songs from across their discography, the collection will be available in standard CD, double LP and digital editions – plus as a special 3xLP in coloured vinyl, through Third Man's Vault Package subscription.
Coinciding with the Greatest Hits announcement, a new Instagram account for the band has been set up, announcing the project as the "first-ever official anthology of recordings from Jack and Meg White".
They've also shared a previously unreleased video of 'Ball and Biscuit', recorded live at Shibuya-AX in Toyko in 2003.
The White Stripes' Greatest Hits is available to pre-order here.
