The Stone Roses announce Marlay Park show for July

There were more than a handful of disappointed Irish fans when the speculation surrounding The Stone Roses was ended with an announcement of a string of shows at Manchester City's Etihad Stadium, along with a headliner at T in the Park.
We were always confident, though, that Brown, Mani, Squire and Reni couldn't leave us out of the fun, and so it's proved; the band have just announced a Marlay Park show for July.
The band previously visited the capital in 2012, with a quickly sold-out gig in Phoenix Park, and demand for this one is likely to be equally high.
Alarm clocks at the ready this day next week, then; tickets for the July 9 show, priced at €74.50, are on sale from November 20th at 9am.
