The Snowstorm
Combining the best sonic elements of Dylan (with The Band) and Neil Young’s Crazy Horse with a vocalist who sounds not unlike Phil Chevron in his Radiators heyday, ‘The Snowstorm’ is a smouldering, guitar-fuelled firestorm of a song that gets better with each listen. The rest of this five-track EP from the Dublin four-piece, veers between the gentle acoustic balladry of ‘Howlin’ Winds’ to the country feedback of ‘Rain On Me’ and the swampy blues of ‘Sorry & Pity.’ Sounds like a great live proposition to me!
