Taken from Lawrence’s first album for NovaMute, ‘The Night’ boasts his trademark seductive, lullaby-like melodies over a gently pulsing dub techno backing. The dance floor is catered for by Lusine – who contributes a robotic, jerking mix of ‘Night’ – and John Tejada, who adds sexy handclaps and intricate, glitchy sounds over a bleepy backing.
