sombr releases new single ‘12 to 12’ with music video starring Addison Rae

Alternative-pop artist sombr has released a new single titled ‘12 to 12’, accompanied by an official music video featuring singer and social media influencer Addison Rae.

Born Shane Boose, the 20-year-old New York City native rose to prominence with his 2022 breakout track ‘caroline’ and has since built a major following online.

Known for writing and co-producing all of his own music, sombr’s songs often explore themes of young romance and heartbreak.

His most commercially successful single to date, ‘back to friends’, topped Spotify’s Global Weekly Chart and held the No. 1 position on the U.S. Alternative Radio chart for five consecutive weeks, accumulating over 650 million streams.

His follow-up single ‘undressed’ recently entered the Top 10 at Top 40 radio and has surpassed 500 million streams.

He performed 'undressed' on Jimmy Kimmel Live! earlier this week.

sombr is set to perform his first arena headline show at a sold-out gig in 3Arena, Dublin on March 16 2026.

The show will close off his global tour with dates scheduled across Europe, Australia, New Zealand and North America.
