The National come to Dublin
If you're desperate to see The National but haven't got your hands on those elusive Oxegen tickets, you just might be in luck.
The Cincinnatti rockers have announced a single Irish date as part of their European tour at The Village, Dublin on November 1.
Expect a healthy mix of old favourites along with some offerings from the band's recently released third album Boxer. It'll be well worth the evening out, we hear they're a knock-out live (boom boom).

Tickets are priced at €21.00 and go on sale this Friday from the usual outlets.
