The Coronas add two extra Christmas shows in 3Olympia Dublin

The Coronas have added two extra Dublin shows at 3Olympia Theatre this Christmas due to phenomenal demand, taking place on December 15 and 16.

They come in addition to their previously announced gigs on December 10, 11, 12 and 13, as well as an additional date in Belfast’s Telegraph Building on December 19.

Speaking about the shows, lead singer Danny O’Reilly said: “The 3Olympia Theatre is more than just a special venue to us — it’s now part of what The Coronas are all about. Every Christmas, old friends and families come together to sing their hearts out and share the craic. We just feel honoured to be invited along to the party each year!

“We’ve also had the pleasure of being part of some equally amazing Christmas shows in Belfast over the past number of years and we’re buzzing to announce our biggest ever indoor show there, at The Telegraph Building on December 19.”

The Coronas released their eighth studio album Thoughts & Observations in September 2024, receiving an 8/10 from Hot Press, who said the record was “jam-packed with rugged songs, straight-from-the-heart conviction and true-life emotion, all woven together superbly.”

The band’s last four albums have all reached No. 1 in the Irish charts and, over the past year, they have played to more than 87,000 fans worldwide, including sold-out tours across the UK, North America, and Australia.

To round-up the year, The Coronas will also play a previously-announced date at the INEC Killarney on December 28.

Tickets for The Cornas’ newly added Christmas shows are priced from €44.40 to €49.40 and are on sale now.
