The 2 Johnnies release new single 'I'm So Hungover I Could Die'
Along with the new single, The 2 Johnnies have released the song's music video.
The 2 Johnnies have released their new single ‘I’m So Hungover I Could Die’. The song’s music video has also been released and features comedian Owen Colgan.
This track comes from the duo's upcoming album Small Town Heroes. Like the rest of the album, the new track focuses on “drinkin’, ridin’ GAA, and life in a small town,” as The 2 Johnnies put it. The track is meant to help the listener “laugh off the hangxiety and get you through the self-inflicted heartbreak” they continue.
“So, if you’re shook as a bottle of Yop,” The 2 Johnnies say, “in the horrors, and waking up to the smell of kebab in the bath, this is the song for you! Is this the catchiest song of all time? A song made for summer parties and the morning after.”
The 2 Johnnies is a Irish comedy duo hailing from County Tipperary consisting of “Johnny Smacks” McMahon and “Johnny B” O’Brien. The two have made a name for themselves for their The 2 Johnnies podcast, Youtube channel and live shows from RTÉ 2fm.
The 2 Johnnies will be coming to Dublin this June to play a gig at St. Anne’s Park where this track will no doubt be performed live. The band’s debut album Small Town Heroes is set to be released on May 31.
