We Cut Corners spoke for everyone when they said, “The place looks amazing! Such a great festival; we had a blast.”
It was – understatement alert!!! – a trifle wet on Sunday night but it didn’t dampen The Original Rudeboys’ mood one jot.
“What a crowd, the weather was terrible but yous didn't care, thank you all for coming out!” they tweeted seconds after coming off the Main Stage.
“Indiependence was amazing today!” agreed SOAK whose next assignment is a photo shoot for the cover of her eagerly awaited Blud EP.
A big thanks to everyone who made it along to the Hot Press Hot Spot which lured no fewer than 23 of the Deer Park acts onto its comfy sofas. The cameras were rolling for all of the interviews and acoustic sessions, which will be appearing over the coming days on hotpress.com.
Ditto the hundreds of photos we took of shiny happy Indiependence people sticking their heads through our giant covers. Rest assured we’ll be doing it again next year and then some!
