Tebi Rex, Somebody's Child, Careerist, Strange New Places to play 'Output Belfast'
Strange New Places, Careerist and Cherym are part of our Hot for 2020 Irish Acts list.
Output Belfast, the city's largest new music showcase, will return on February 13. The showcase has confirmed over 40 acts -- including Tebi Rex, Somebody's Child, Careerist, Strange New Places and Cherym.
During the day, Output Belfast will be a conference consisting of seminars, plans and keynote speeches, featuring some of the national music industry's most highly-noted speakers and practitioners.
The spotlight turns to Irish homegrown talent in the evening with a series of free showcases taking place across venues in Belfast's Cathedral Quarter, from 8pm to midnight. It's an opportunity for the travelling industry to sample and connect with some of 2018's most talked-about new bands and artists, with shows presented by booking agencies, management companies, record labels, blogs and media organisations.
We're excited to see Hot Press Hot for 2020 artists Careerist, Strange New Places and Cherym take the stage next month. Make sure to pick up a copy of the Hot for 2020 issue to see the rest of the Irish acts who made our list.
