Sweet Jane to open for Jim Jones Revue
The Irish indie group have just been announced as support for Whelans show...
Sweet Jane will lend support to the Jim Jones Revue as they hit town on Thursday, January 24 in support of their The Savage Heart album.
We can expect to hear some new material from Sweet Jane, as they follow up the release of single "I Wanna Be In Love" late last year with some new material from their anticipated second album.
As for the Jim Jones Revue; they're returning to Dublin fresh from the release of their new album, The Savage Heart”. It’s the first new release since their TV appearances on Jimmy Kimmel Live, and Later with Jools Holland.
The band can also count Jack White, Mick Jones, Bobby Gillespie, Noel Gallagher, and Nick Lowe as fans. The latter, credited on The Savage Heart as “spiritual advisor”. Handy work if you can get it I suppose!
Tickets for the show are currently on sale, priced at €15, from Ticketmaster and usual outlets nationwide.
