Swae Lee announces 3Olympia show

Swae Lee has announced a show at Dublin's 3Olympia on November 28 as part of his upcoming tour across Europe.

The tour supports his newly-released debut solo album, Same Difference, which features collaborations with stars like Post Malone, Jhené Aiko and French Montana.

This also comes as Lee has expanded his upcoming run to include a second leg. It kicks off on November 5 in Barcelona.

Born in Inglewood, California, as Khalif Malik Ibn Shaman Brown, Lee first saw mainstream recognition as the younger half of Southern hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd. They are known for their 2016 hit 'Black Beatles', featuring Gucci Mane, which peaked at No. 3 on the Irish Singles Chart.

Other collaborative tracks such as French Montana's 'Unforgettable' highlight his singing abilities, while his list of writing credits includes Beyoncé's 'Formation'. He has also worked on hits the likes of Travis Scott's 'Sicko Mode' and alongside Post Malone on 'Sunflower'.

Same Difference, his most recent record, was released on April 3. On Spotify, the album garnered roughly 1.45m streams on its first day of release.

Beyond his solo tour, he was also announced as a headliner for India's Cherry Blossom Festival this November alongside Khalid.
