The Swedish duo return to the UK and Ireland with their Visons of the Past tour, which begins in January 2027.

First Aid Kit have announced shows in Dublin's 3Olympia theatre and Belfast's Waterfront Hall on January 18 and 19, 2027. These concerts are part of the band's UK and Ireland tour.

Klara and Johanna Söderberg will be joined by their younger brother, Isak Benjamin, as special guest for all dates.

Dates for the gigs include Belfast, Glasgow, Manchester, Cardiff, and London.

The title of the tour, Visions of the Past, is taken from a line in their song 'Ghost Town', from their 2010 debut album The Big Black and the Blue. The shows will feature tracks from the duo's entire catalogue, including hits, covers, deep cuts, and new material.

First Aid Kit shared a statement about their upcoming concerts:

"We’re so very happy to announce that we’re bringing our 'Visions of the Past' tour to the UK and Ireland in January!

"These will be stripped-back intimate shows where we’ll go through our back catalogue, from our very first EP in 2008 to brand new songs that no one has heard yet!"

The band played two dates at The Royal Albert Hall in London on September 29 and 30. They performed alongside the 65-piece Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Erik Arvinder.

In the first half of the show, they played the entirety of their breakthrough 2014 album, Stay Gold, which inlcludes their hit song 'My Silver lining.' In the second half, they sang a variety of new and old material.

Tickets for the shows go on sale on Friday, October 9, at 10 am here.
