Spotify reveals its 10 Most Influential Artists Under 25

While One Direction came in at Number 5 and Sam Smmth in Number 3, it's no surprise that a certain red-haired singer-songwriter, Ed Sheeran was named the streaming service's most influential artist under 25. Taking into account the number of streams the 24-year-old has clocked up and the amount of number 1's he has earned, Sheeran was the obvious choice for Number 1. American female artists, Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus appeared on the list at Number 2 and Number 4 respectively, while girl group Fifth Harmony just made the Number 10 spot. If you are wondering where 25-year-old Taylor Swift features on this list, remember that Spotify only includes artists who are available to stream on the service on this list, no doubt Swift would have reached the Number 1 spot otherwise.
