Southern Tenant Folk Union announce Irish tour

Edinburgh roots merchants Southern Tenant Folk Union kick off their Irish tour on August 29 at the Bluegrass Festival in Dunmore East and then journey to the Clonmel World Music Festival (30); Crane Bar, Galway (31); Linenhall Arts Centre, Castlebar (September 1); The Cobblestone, Dublin (2); Droichead Arts Centre, Drogheda (4); Appalachian & Bluegrass Music Festival, Omagh (5); and the Black Box, Belfast (6).
The septet are very much the real deal with no faux American accents and a soon to be released album, The New Farming Scene, which was recorded live sat around the one microphone.
