Soda Blonde Set To Perform At The Grand Social On June 8
The announcement comes with news of their debut single ‘Swimming Through The Night’, set for release on June 7
Less than two months after Little Green Cars called it a day, four out of five of their members rose from the ashes to form Soda Blonde, a stunning new artistic collective made up of Faye O’Rourke, Adam O’Regan, Donagh Seaver O’Leary and Dylan Lynch.
On Friday, May 17, the group took to the stage of the Late Late Show to perform their debut single ‘Swimming Through The Night’, an emotionally affecting pop groove. Soda Blonde have taken on a whole new sound, combining O’Rourke’s hauntingly unique vocals with an atmospheric beat that produces emotional and satisfying pop music.
Written by O’Rourke herself, Soda Blonde’s new collection of songs reflect her unique lyrical style of gritty kitchen-sink realism that evokes tragic beauty and pop sensibilities. The collective self-produce all aspects of their work, which involves visual concepts inspired by a fusion of artistic disciplines. These elements come together to construct their very own conceptual world.
Tickets to see Soda Blonde in the Grand Social on June 8 go on sale tomorrow, May 21, at 9am.
