Snow Patrol cover John Lennon for Sudan campaign
Snow Patrol have signed up to an online Amnesty International video campaign to highlight the plight of women in the Darfur region of Sudan.
The Belfast/Glasgow band recorded a cover of John Lennon's 'Isolation' for the project.
Amnesty International is trying to find justice for thousands of women who were victims of rape in the conflict. Images from the region, and interviews with those affected, are played out over the song.
Frontman Gary Lightbody said the project was "helping people who can't help themselves".
The video can be viewed at http://noise.amnesty.org.
