Seasick Steve and King Creosote to play the Spiegeltent
Genuine hobo bluesman Seasick Steve and Scottish folkster King Creosote are to play Dublin's Spiegeltent as part of the Dublin Fringe Festival.
The double-headliner is to take place on George's Dock on Thursday, September 18.
The pair have received much acclaim in the past year. Seasick Steve Wold has stunned live audiences on the European festival circuit, and an appearance on Jools Holland's Later... programme secured his crossover appeal.
King Creosote's appearance comes after the release of his latest album Bombshell, the follow-up to cult and critical hit KC Rules OK, on September 7th.
Also appearing at this year's festival are Belfast electronica wizard David Holmes, Dance Theatre of Ireland's Block Party, silent film accompanists 3epkano and Once-Off Theatre Company's The Rep Experiment among its main draws for this year.
Tickets for the Seasick Steve and King Creosote are €17.50 and are available from the Festival box-office in the Temple Bar Information Centre, or from 1850 FRINGE.
