ScHoolboy Q to play The Olympia Theatre in January
The ScHoolboy turned hustla is headed to Ireland.
ScHoolboy Q, the Grammy-nominated rapper, is coming to Dublin next year for a headline gig at The Olympia Theatre. The show will be on January 24th.
Launched into the scene by Kendrick Lamar back in 2008, ScHoolboy Q has churned out a plethora of mix tapes and full length albums and an impressive range of collabs.
With the 2014 release of his breakthrough album, Oxymoron, the LA rapper filled the charts and rounded up a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album. Following up with his sophomore album, Blank Face LP in 2017, he received a second Grammy nomination for the single, 'THat Part' featuring Kanye West.
ScHoolboy Q has also worked with the likes of 2 Chainz and Saudi for a song on the Black Panther soundtrack, as well as Kid Cudi, Ty Dolla $ign, and 21 Savage on his latest album, CrasH Talk.
For his Dublin gig, ScHoolboy Q will be joined by special guest, Jay Rock.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, 20 September at 10 and will be available here.
