Rory to be shown on Sky Arts

He may have passed on in '95, but Rory Gallagher's stock has arguably never been higher. With news yesterday of this year's four-day festival in his honour (Horslips lead the Ballyshannon charge from May 31) and Donal Gallagher unearthing what may be the first ever recordings of the late star, Rory is very much on everybody's mind.
And next week, he's on our TV screens.
Sky Arts will show two stunning performances from the Corkman:
On Friday 13 April at 10pm, we get Live in Montreux
whilst Saturday 14 April at 10:30pm gives us his famous gig at Rockpalast.
