Rory Gallagher's well covered next month
Sinnerboy is set to spread the words of Rory across Ireland.
Any band that calls themselves the most enthusiastic band working to keep the spirit of Rory Gallagher's music alive today could well be worth a look, be you a Gallagher enthusiast or not.
The Sinnerboy tour starts, appropriately enough, in the Rory Gallagher Theatre, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal on June 2 as part of the Rory Gallagher Annual International Tribute Festival. The festival, now in it's fifth year, is the Mecca for Gallagher fans so Sinnerboy should fit right in.
From there the tour moves on to The Palace, Athlone (June 6); The Stables, Mullingar (7); Dolans' Warehouse, Limerick on (8); Roisin Dubh, Galway on (9); Cruiscin Lan, Cork (10); The Forum, Waterford (13); Whelans, Dublin (14); McKennas, Monaghan (15) and The Spirit Store, Dundalk (17).
