Rolling Stones reveal alternate 'Can't You Hear Me Knocking'
From the groups upcoming reissue of 1971 masterpiece Sticky Fingers
The Rolling Stones have unveiled a new, unheard cut from their upcoming deluxe version of Sticky Fingers: a loose, swaggering take on 'Can't You Hear Me Knocking' featuring a whooping and hollering Jagger and missing the song's lengthy instrumental coda.
The full Sticky Fingers reissue (also featuring an already released acoustic version of 'Wild Horses') hits shelves on June 9, in the midst of the rock legends' Zip Code tour in North America. Jagger and Richards have both remarked that the band is considering playing Sticky Fingers in its entirety at the shows.
