Robbie Williams announces special guest Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Hermitage Green for 2027 Limerick shows

English disco-pop star Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Limerick folk-rockers Hermitage Green have been announced as special guests for Robbie Williams’ gigs in Limerick’s Thomond Park on July 6 and 7, 2027.

The concerts will mark Williams’ first performances in Limerick City and are set to be his only Irish shows of 2027. They follow his sold-out headline appearance at Croke Park last summer.

Opener Ellis-Bextor is best known for her hits including ‘Murder on the Dancefloor’, ‘Take Me Home’, ‘Get Over You’, ‘Heartbreak (Make Me a Dancer)’, and has achieved five top 10 albums and eight top 10 singles over her 25-year career.

Hermitage Green, meanwhile, celebrated their 15th anniversary with a Whelan’s gig earlier this year, and took over the Live at the Castle series in Limerick back in May.

Williams is currently touring Europe as part of his BRITPOP 2026 Tour, before heading to Central and South America, Australia and New Zealand later this year.

His latest album, BRITPOP, was released in January 2026 and became his 16th UK No.1 album, giving him the record for the most chart-topping albums by a solo artist in the UK.

While Williams’ July 6 show is currently sold out, tickets for his July 7 date are still available here.
