Ritter takes up residency in the BBC 2 airwaves
There was much celebrating in the Josh Ritter camp last week as his 'Snow Is Gone' single was A-Listed by BBC Radio 2
The UK's biggest radio with over 12 million listeners, Radio 2 has been credited as the main reason for such adult-oriented acts as Norah Jones, Katie Melua and Jamie Cullum hitting the top of the charts.
If Ritter does hit the mainstream, it'll be good news for Setanta, who release his records in the UK, and Independent, who look after the Idaho singer-songwriter here.
