Rihanna, Kanye and Paul McCartney seal top spot
'Four Five Seconds' displaces Ellie Goulding at the summit of the Irish singles chart
Having spent weeks around the top of the Irish singles chart, 'Four Five Seconds' has finally risen to claim top spot.
The track, which sees Rihanna getting by with a little help from her friends Kanye West and Paul McCartney, has switched places with 'Love Me Like You Do', as Ellie Goulding relinquishes her hold on No. 1.
Another former bestseller, 'Uptown Funk', remains at No. 3, while the week's highest climber is 'Lay Me Down'; the Sam Smith/John Legend collaboration leaps 10 spaces to claim fourth spot.
Elsewhere, James Bay, Maroon 5 and Years & Years maintain their residency in the top ten, which is rounded out by Hozier, whose 'Take Me To Church' is still shifting copies a full 77 weeks after it was first released.
