Real real gone
Witnness - the two-day music festival which will be rocking 40,000 worlds this weekend - officially sold out
Promoters MCD have today confirmed that Witnness, the two-day music festival happening this weekend at Meath's Fairyhouse Racecourse and featuring some 100 bands and artists, is officially sold out.
This means that Witnness, which has always certainly been stuffed-near-to-capacity since its inception in 2000 but which had never sold out before, will this year be attended by a full house of 40,000 music fans.

MCD underscore that no further tickets will be made available on the day (as there are none left!) and warn fans not to buy tickets from unofficial, and therefore unreliable, outlets or sources.
