There's a double whammy of special events to celebrate the label turning ten.
Psychonavigation Records celebrates its 10th birthday on December 3 with a show in the ultra-posh confines of the National Concert Hall’s Kevin Barry Room.
Sharing the bill will be the godfather of Irish electronica Roger Doyle, Hot Press favourites Tiny Magnetic Pets and Common Tongue whose eclectic ranks include sean-nós singer Lorcán Mac Mathúna, improv sax-player Cathal Roche and Ian Wilson on live electronics.
Tickets priced £12 are available from [link]www.nch.ie/Box-Office/Performances/-We-are--10---(Celebrating-10-years-of-Psychonavig.aspx[/link].
The following night finds the Psychonavigation posse launching their 22-track Mindfield compilation in D1’s Twisted Pepper.
Along with tunes from label head honcho Keith Downey, you’ll be able to catch Maschine, Melodica Deathship, Adeyhawke, Mick Chillage and Meljoann live for a tenner.
