Play On The Day grand final takes place tonight!
Four bands will battle it out...
There's a real sense of occasion in the air as the finalists of the Guinness Arthur's Day Play On The Day competition prepare to face off against one another in Galway's famous Róisín Dubh this evening, Friday September 16.
Doing battle for the chance to play the Main Stage at the Guinness Storehouse on Arthur's Day (Thursday September 22) will be Fox Jaw Bounty Hunters, Leaders Of Men, Mojo Gogo and Zombie Computer.
RTÉ 2fm's Cormac Battle will MC the night while Rick O'Shea will be broadcasting live from the 2fm Roadcaster by the Claddagh in Galway from 2pm today. And that's not all. Everyone who attends the final will be entered into a competition to win two tickets to the Arthur's Day gig in Vicar St. featuring The Charlatans, BellX1 and Maverick Sabre, plus a night in the Harcourt Hotel.
