Perry Blake album gets French thumbs up
Set to drop here in July, Perry Blake's new album has been received with open arms in France
Perry Blake is the subject of some serious Gallic drooling as the likes of Paris Match and Liberation heap praise on his Songs For Someone album.
Out in France this week with an Irish release to follow in July, the track-listing is: 'We Are Not Stars', 'When I'm Over You', 'Lies, Lies, Lies', 'The Fox In The Winter', 'Ava', 'Songs For Someone', 'You're Not Alone', 'Native New Yorker', 'Tropic Of Cancer', 'Travelling', 'We Couldn't Decide', 'The End Of The Affair' and 'Coming Home'.
On the live front, the Sligo singer plays five supports this month in Paris with Carla Bruni, the Italian model who's had high profile affairs with Mick Jagger, Eric Clapton and Donald Trump.
