Palestinian artist Ahmed Eid to play one-night-only show in Dublin

Berlin-based Palestinian musician Ahmed Eid is set to play at Seachtain Saoirse don Phalaistín in Dublin on January 31.
Eid made his debut in 2024 with his EP Aghani Akhira, and his first album, min ghazze labaghdad, min haifa la beirut, is set to release in February. The upcoming album's first single, 'ahker zafeer' is out this Friday.
His 2026 shows will collect donations for the Palestine Music Space, a free space for young musicians and producers in Ramallah. Donations are also accepted here.
Seachtain Saoirse don Phalaistín, a curated arts week celebrating cultural resistance, will be hosted by Cairde Amharclann na Saoirse in Eirinn, and will take place at the Project Arts Centre from January 26-31. The events will include a series of talks, displays of Palestinian visual art and additional live music performances.
Cairde Amharclann na Saoirse, in Eirinn is a theatre group led by Palestinian-Irish Artistic Director Gráinnemir Abualrob, in support of The Freedom Theatre based in Jenin.
