Oasis mark 30 years of ‘Wonderwall’ with limited-edition box set
Tickets for their ongoing Live ’25 world tour remain in high demand.
Oasis have announced a limited-edition (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? 7” Singles Box Set to mark the 30th anniversary of their single ‘Wonderwall’.
Originally released in October 1995, ‘Wonderwall’ has since become one of the most recognisable songs of the Britpop era, amassing more than 3 billion streams worldwide.
Written by Noel Gallagher, the track first appeared on the band’s second studio album (What’s The Story) Morning Glory?, which topped the UK Albums Chart and went on to sell over 20 million copies globally.
The new 7” Singles Box Set, set to release on December 12, features four singles — ‘Wonderwall’, ‘Some Might Say’, ‘Roll With It’ and ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’ — each presented with their original B-sides and the 2014 remastered audio.
Meanwhile, Oasis’ ongoing Live ’25 Tour continues across Australia, following sold-out shows throughout Europe, North America, and Asia. The tour will conclude in South America with performances in Argentina, Chile and Brazil next month.
Oasis played two sold-out nights at Dublin’s Croke Park in August, drawing over 160,000 fans across the weekend. Hot Press marked the occasion with a special Oasis issue in July, featuring exclusive insights into the band’s story drawn from decades of interviews in the Hot Press archives.
