Morgana announces Ireland and UK tour

Morgana has announced a 7-stop Ireland and UK tour.

The tour includes gigs in Dolan's Kasbah, Limerick, December 16; Roisin Dubh, Galway, December 17; Savoy, Cork December 18 and Whelan's, Dublin, December 20.

The musician will also take to the stage at McCuhils, Glasgow on February 9, Yes Basement, Manchester, February 10 before concluding the tour in The Lower Third, London on February 11.

The news of her tour follows the announcement of her debut album, The Whole Thing Was Very Emotional, set to release ahead of the tour, on September 25.

Last week, the artist released, 'Sidekick', a single from her new album.

Hot Press said the track, "embodies experimental pop that wears its emotional complexity proudly."

"Exploring the blurred lines between friendship, dependency and self-discovery, the track pairs jagged, unique production with an unflinchingly vulnerable lyricism."

General sale for the tour is from Friday at 10am, but if you pre-order The Whole Thing Was Very Very Emotional by 23:30 Wednesday night, you will receive an exclusive pre-sale link on Thursday at 10am.
