Metropolis Festival returns to the RDS in November
Grace Jones, DJ Shadow & Moderat are among the star turns!
After a thrilling first installment last year, Metropolis returns to the Dublin RDS from November 3-5 with music, art installations, performance and conversation over six stages.
Headline turns include the legendary Grace Jones who stole the 2015 show at Electric Picnic and the equally unmissable DJ Shadow who’s playing at Thursday night’s limited capacity Metropolis Opening Party. The latter’s set will include a 20th birthday celebrating performance of his groundbreaking Entroducing album.
Also on the bill are Solomun, Moderat, SBTRKT (DJ Set), Booka Shade who are presenting a 're-imagining' of their iconic Movements LP, BADBADNOTGOOD, Crystal Castles, The Sugarhill Gang, Fatima Yamaha, Fakear and Girl Band – which is just for starters!
Tickets go on sale on Thursday August 11 at 9am and cost €39.50 for the DJ Shadow Opening Party; €120 for a Two-Day Weekend Early Bird; €145 for a Two-Day Weekend ticket and €164.50 for all Three-Day Opening Party and Weekend ticket.
New this year is a Ticket Installment Plan whereby you pay 50% of your ticket now with the remainder due by October 3.
