Meghan Trainor immovable at Number One
Damo & Ivor are the highest new entry on the Irish Singles chart.
A case of success begetting success on the Irish Singles Chart this week, as the most popular tracks of recent months are still selling strongly.
After 10 weeks on the Irish Singles Chart, it's still 'All About That Bass'. Meghan Trainor is at No. 1, with Ed Sheeran's 'Thinking Out Load' holding firm at No. 2.
As her 1989 hits shelves and garners critical acclaim, Taylor Swift sees her 'Shake It Off' (video below) jump a spot. She's now in third place.
Jessie J, Ariana Grande & Nicki Minaj also climb, up from fifth to fourth, whilst former chart topper 'Prayer In C' by Lilly Wood & Robin Schulz rounds off the Top 5. The highest new entry is a comedy number – 'Proud To Be Irish' from Damo & Ivor enters a No. 14.
