Margaret Glaspy announces Dublin headliner
Tickets for Glaspy's Whelan's gig are available now.
Following the release of her acclaimed second solo album, Devotion, American singer-songwriter Margaret Glaspy has announced her highly anticipated return to Dublin – with a Whelan's headline show on September 9, 2021.
The new album cements Glaspy's status as one of the most compelling singer-songwriters of her generation, while she continues to reinvent her unique sound.
"This record is very different from the last," she says of the album. "It’s not about being righteous or all-knowing, it's about letting love in even when you don't know what will happen when you do. It's about devoting your heart to someone or something, against all odds."
Back in 2016, Glaspy spoke to Hot Press following the release of her stunning solo debut, Emotions and Math. Read the full interview here.
Tickets for her Whelan's show are €17, and are available here.
